In Concord, NH we face similar issues to those of towns and cities across the nation. How to revitalize our downtown and strengthen community? What can we gain from a focus on liveability and really embracing Complete Streets for all people - regardless of their transportation choice, age and ability?
The decisions made will either continue to focus on Car Culture or to transform Concord, NH with Liveability as a priority.
